Elizabeth Rebolledo

Principal Solicitor | Ardor Legal

With over 17 years of experience in commercial and property law, Elizabeth Rebolledo founded Ardor Legal with a simple but powerful vision: to create a law firm that feels human. A place where business owners and property investors receive not just legal services, but genuine guidance from someone who truly cares about their success.

Known for her personable approach, Elizabeth is a trusted advisor to clients navigating major business and property transactions, whether it’s the purchase of a business, a subdivision development, or a commercial leasing arrangement. She takes pride in building long-term relationships and ensuring clients never feel like just another file on the desk.

Elizabeth believes in empowering her clients with knowledge. She understands that legal matters often involve complexities that people aren’t aware of, and that’s exactly where the value of clear, practical advice comes in. Her goal is to ensure clients not only get the answers to their questions but are also equipped with the insight they need to make confident, informed decisions.

At Ardor Legal, Elizabeth has created a team culture that’s grounded in approachability, reliability, and a shared belief that how you do anything is how you do everything. Clients know they are always supported, heard, and genuinely valued.

Outside of law, Elizabeth is deeply family-oriented, with a rich connection to her Latino heritage. She loves travelling, creating meaningful experiences with her children, and dreaming big both at home and in business.

Her vision for Ardor Legal? To continue growing a values-driven team that becomes the first name clients think of when they need practical, professional support on any commercial or property transaction.

Nigel Hsieh

Commercial & Property Lawyer at Ardor Legal

Nigel brings a practical and approachable touch to commercial and property law. He enjoys the variety in his work, no two transactions are ever the same and thrives on helping clients navigate legal complexities with clear, jargon-free communication.

His approach is simple: understand clients’ key objectives, communicate in their preferred style, and provide concise written summaries to ensure everyone is on the same page. Nigel is quick to spot common pitfalls, reminding clients that assumptions can lead to costly mistakes, it’s always best to talk to your solicitor to ensure you are on the right track.

Nigel encourages business owners to invest in professional advice: legal, tax, and consultancy, rather than risking a DIY approach. His priority is to make the legal process as straightforward as possible, breaking down complex matters into logical steps.

Outside of work, Nigel loves to travel and draw inspiration from new experiences. He values the camaraderie and supportive culture at Ardor Legal, where teamwork and a no-hierarchy approach create a balanced and enjoyable workplace.

For clients seeking a lawyer who is both professional and genuinely down-to-earth, Nigel offers the perfect blend of expertise and a caring approach.

Alex Stewart

Commercial and Property Lawyer at Ardor Legal

Alex enjoys the structured nature of commercial and property transactions, particularly contract reviews and drafting conditions. He also values staying informed on market trends, which helps him provide strategic guidance to clients.

Recognising that legal jargon can be overwhelming, Alex breaks down complex documents into manageable steps. His clear, structured communication, whether through step-by-step emails or regular updates ensures clients feel confident and in control throughout their transactions.

A passion for law led Alex to his career, inspired by his strengths in reading, writing, and advocacy with a little help from Marvel’s Daredevil! As a longtime fan, he thought being a lawyer (minus the vigilante crime-fighting) would be pretty cool, and he was right. While he doesn’t patrol rooftops at night, he does work tirelessly to protect his clients’ interests.

At Ardor Legal, he appreciates the supportive team culture and client-first approach, where high-quality work is valued. Outside of work, Alex enjoys playing tennis, watching movies, reading, and spending time with his wife and cat. While many assume lawyers spend most of their time in court, his expertise lies in preventing disputes before they arise, ensuring smooth and stress-free transactions for his clients.

If you’re looking for a lawyer who keeps things simple, communicates clearly, and ensures your property matters are handled with precision, Alex is here to help.
